We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All online transactions are processed by PayPal, for your security. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can choose to create one or click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button to check out as a guest. We can also accept payment by bank transfer. Please contact us for details.

We also accept payment in store via chip and PIN credit or debit card, as well as Apple Pay and Android Pay.

All payments are processed by third party payment services PayPal and Stripe. Under no circumstances will we retain your debit or credit card details or share them with anyone else.

Price Guarantee

Our customers choose us time and again because of our in-depth knowledge and the high standard of service we provide. We live in the real world though, so we know that price is also a consideration. Our agreements with manufacturers mean that we can only advertise recommend retail prices, but we guarantee to match any competitor's like-for-like offer.

If you find the same product on sale elsewhere for less, let us know by completing our price match form or calling ‭0161 917 0642. If you purchase a product from us then find a like-for-like offer at a lower price within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the difference.

Part Exchange

We will offer you a competitive trade-in allowance for your quality used hi-fi equipment. Please ask us for a part exchange quotation.

Free UK Delivery

Delivery is free on all UK orders, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. We use fully trackable delivery services from top tier logistics partners. We will send you the tracking details as soon as your delivery has been booked. Products held in stock are normally be dispatched within one working day of receiving your order. Some made to order products will take a little longer, but we will contact you to advise of the delivery date once your order has been processed. Please contact us for a delivery estimate or to request delivery on a specific date.

We use UPS, Parcelforce and DPD for most deliveries. We also offer delivery in person or palletised deliveries for certain large, heavy or very high value items, where specialist installation is required or if you would simply like a little help.

International Delivery

We are unable to offer international shipping with products from brands which already have an established dealer network or distributor in your country or region. However, where no dealer network or distributor exists and with the agreement of the manufacturer, we are happy to ship items internationally. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Free 30-Day Returns

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase and any advice or additional services that we provide. The continued success and growth of our business depends on building ongoing relationships with our customers. We value your business and we hope that you will deal with us time and again.

We appreciate that choosing hi-fi equipment is a very personal experience and people's tastes vary. We want to help customers find products that they continue to enjoy over many years. The only way to do this is to try out equipment in your own home over an extended period. For this reason, we offer a 30-day no quibble returns policy. We will even pay for and organise the return shipping.

If you decide to return an item, simply contact us to let us know. We will send you a pre-paid return label and arrange collection on a date of your choosing. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Alternatively, you can exchange it for something else. All we ask is that items are returned in good condition with the original packaging and accessories.
